Unlike large conferences where startups pitch on stage to a passive audience, the Angel Investor Meetup uses a roundtable model. Each investor is seated with a curated group of 4–6 startups that match their stated investment thesis. Conversations are unhurried, focused, and confidential. No cameras, no livestreams — just real conversations between investors and founders.
Every startup that participates has been pre-screened by our evaluation team across five dimensions: problem clarity, market size, team credentials, product/service traction, and financial viability. Investors receive detailed dossiers on each startup 48 hours before the event, enabling them to prepare focused questions and come ready to engage meaningfully.

Event Format & Schedule
The meetup is structured across three phases. The morning session (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM) consists of investor-only briefings where fund managers share their investment thesis, sector outlook, and current portfolio strategy. This is followed by a curated networking lunch where investors and startup founders mix in a relaxed setting.
The afternoon session (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM) consists of structured roundtable conversations, with each investor rotating through 2–3 curated startup groups. Each conversation is 30 minutes and follows a structured format: 10 minutes for the startup's overview, 20 minutes for investor Q&A. The day concludes with a cocktails and connections hour where informal conversations continue.

Registration is by application only. Startups must submit a 2-page executive summary and financial model. Investors must provide portfolio details to confirm accredited investor status. Limited to 30 investors and 40 startups. Apply before September 18, 2026.
